With 90 minutes of face-to-face coaching and training directly at retailers or at our regional centres across the UK, as well as bespoke group sessions, our team is uniquely positioned to assist. We offer rapid response digital support to help address customer queries, provide pre-handover tips, and support the sales and aftersales departments with any EV-related concerns.

Tim Scothern
Tim Scothern is a performance-driven product trainer and Motorsports Events Manager based in South Yorkshire. He has 14 years of experience delivering high-quality events and track experiences for renowned car manufacturers and driving tour operators. He excels at shaping learning event strategies, adding value across channels, and ensuring alignment with requirements, resources, and budgets.
Leveraging 30 years of experience with South Yorkshire Police, with first-class communication, presentation, and learning & development skills. Tim is an expert at managing multi-skilled, multi-cultural teams to ensure superior customer excellence. He now applies his expertise as an Automotive EV Specialist Coach, dedicated to enhancing BEV sales and promoting EV wall box adoption.

Ezrin Raja
Ezrin Raja is an Automotive EV Specialist Coach based in Leicester, with over a decade of experience in the motor industry. Starting in 2014, Ezrin has played a key role in boosting sales and transforming business processes.
Initially freelancing for prestigious brands like H.R. Owen, Audi, and Renault, Ezrin enhanced operations and drove sales growth. Amidst the pandemic, he launched his consultancy, helping companies thrive in challenging times. Now with Stellantis, Ezrin focuses on enhancing BEV sales and EV wall box adoption in collaboration with Free2move Charge Powered by Octopus Energy.
Ezrin excels in collaborative problem-solving to improve BEV sales, NPS, and EV wall box penetration. His commitment to excellence and adaptability makes him a valuable asset in the evolving automotive industry.

Simon Brady
Simon Brady, based in Wokingham, is a seasoned Automotive EV Specialist Coach with a career spanning back to 1987. He's worked extensively with Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, and Jaguar Land Rover, excelling in various roles.
Joining Stellantis in 2019, Simon initially trained DS Automobiles, expanding to Alfa Romeo nationally. Now, he focuses on boosting BEV sales and promoting EV wall box adoption with Free2move Charge.
His collaborative approach emphasises listening, summarising, and agreeing on actions and goals. With vast Retailer Network experience, Simon efficiently evaluates new concepts' practicalities and benefits for customers.
He sees the program as a platform for shared ideas and support, benefiting Stellantis, Retailers, Advisors, and customers alike.
